It took a long time. Otherwise, good.

I received my items very quickly. I also received a coupon which was helpful. I was informed of the status of my order the only reason I didn’t give five stars is because two of the chairs look like they were used and repackaged

My rug arrived sooner than what the email said. I am pleased with my rug.

The TV stand package was delivered in a timely manner with no damage. We did feel like the wood was rough in places, even causing a couple of splinters. Will still keep and use the TV stand.

-the delivery was fast and as promised. -the rug was as shown on the pic and am happy of my choice. -the minus was: the edges of the rug were wet all around and very wrinkled when i opened the plastic wrapping.I stretched it opened on the floor and now a strange chemical/wet rug smell developed... Am waiting yet to see if it will dissipate as it is very strong and nobody should sleep in that room not knowing what it is. Maybe you can help with suggestion as I never had problems like that before with previous orders fr your company.
