There were screws assigned but were not sufficient in length for their location, however, I sent an email to support immediately and I’ve been informed they are on their way to me. Hoping for a positive outcome.

I was invited to use a 15% off coupon, then when I went to make my purchase yesterday, a 10% coupon was activated. I called customer service and was told there was no way for them to fix that, so I just accepted the bait and switch and bought the item at the 10% discount. This after being told the 15% discount would expire at midnight. Then I happened to look at coupons after my purchase, and lo and behold, the 15% coupon was activated with a warning to use it by the end of the day. I’m kinda steamed…

I received an email saying my drapes were delivered and they were not, when I called to explain, I got a run around, no one could help, then I was transferred to fed-ex and that was worse. The last gentleman I talked to told me to wait 24 hrs and I received my package.

I haven't even received the item I ordered. Why would you ask me to provide a rating yet? That's like asking for a tip before I've even gotten my food. I get it, you want reviews. But maybe consider the timing of your request. Who knows, I might have given you five stars but as of now, you've taken my money but haven't delivered anything yet.

It hasn't shown up yet. Hence the low review. Maybe if you waited for the item to turn up before hounding me for a review I would have given you more stars.

The product was expected to delivered on A Friday. It was nor delivered until the next week (midweek). Also, there is a small tear in one of the seat cushions. Currently trying to get that cushion replaced. Fingers crossed.
