Tried to order a Safavieh Eliana Table Lamp - 26.5 Inch Height - TBL4278 - Blue; which Overstocked stated they had and pictured on their website. The first order I placed didn’t apply the site discount even though it acquired my phone and email info to share with partners. First red flag that I ignored as my user error. I cancelled it via a phone call to them after finally finding a customer contact number, because the online website would allow me to cancel because it stated I hadn’t placed an order solely because I wouldn’t put my credit card on file. I used PayPal instead. Still wanting the afore mentioned lamp I ordered again, this time it included the discount and stated the Safavieh Table Lamp - 26.5 Inch Height - TBL4278 was in stock and would be shipped. The lamp that arrived wasn’t the Blue TBL4278 lamp that I saw in the Overstocked description picture with mirror behind it on their website; but I received the TBL4278A which is Gray in color with Pinkish hews which didn’t match my Safavieh Eliana Table Lamp - 26.5 Inch Height - TBL4278 - Blue; hence I returned it. When I ordered it I expected to get one lamp, but got another; similar but not same color/model. Now I’m assessed a $15.74 restocking fee for a lamp mis-identified on the Overstocked website…their picture was of the Lamp I wanted but not the one that I received…hence pic wasn’t worth a thousand words because it was incorrect and I guess worth $15.74 to me to cover my mistake of trusting their advertising of the Safavieh Table Lamp - 26.5 Inch Height - TBL4278 - Blue I hoped to receive. Now their website NO longer list this particular Safavieh Table Lamp - 26.5 Inch Height - Blue. This further justifies this low/negative review questioning the accuracy of their advertising of this product, my experience and my recommendation to be VERY CAREFUL purchasing from Overstocked because any advertising mistakes on their products will cost you dearly in restocking fees to return a falsely advertised product. The customer isn’t always right, but they’re always the customer! In this case a one and done for me with Overstocked.com. I feel ripped off…proper legal definition is fraud. The recliner is not as advertised. The add on the website was totally misleading. The ad, the title and the specs all say it's Genuine Leather, however it is NOT! it's PU all around and even the label on the recliner says 45% leather (which I highly doubt) and 55% PU. None of this information was presented on the website. Communication is ineffective. No responses. Looks like one day company scammers

I ordered a cantilever umbrella and base. I was shipped two bases a week and half ago. Haven’t to receive the umbrella

You canceled my order and didn’t tell me.

I ordered and received beautiful emerald earrings for my wife. We were celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary. We I received the earrings my heart fell. They are so small that the normal adult could not even put them on. They look like earrings for a small child. No where did I see where these weren't for and adult. Though beautiful, I have no use for them and would like to return them for full credit. Thank you.

The representation of the food canisters online was what appeared to be a dull finish like traditional handmade stoneware. When I received the canisters, they had a shiny glaze and were clearly not stoneware. They looked like something I would expect to find at a dollar store. The price did not reflect such lack of quality. I wanted to love these canisters, but I just am not impressed.

Very disappointed with the color. Much darker than represented in picture.

The quilt I received was not the same color I had chosen. It’s so much darker. Very disappointed. Hoping someone in family can use it. Too much trouble to send back.
