Good transaction but warehouse handling of expensive item left a defect to contend with. We fixed it at home successfully which spared us return of the item. Quality control is not something to be missed on items intended for exterior use and subjected to the elements.

The site listed this bracket as 8”, it is not 8”!!!! With the clasp it is 8 1/2” so its to big. I had to return it and originally they wanted to charge me return shipping, however, customer service reached out and refunded the return shipping charge.

Delivery was great. Product was awful. The rugs were extremely slippery and had to be returned which was a complete hassle due to size of rugs.
