I tried to change an address that Apple Pay defaulted to and your website did not give me the opportunity to do that I tried calling and they could not change it. They sent a message to the warehouse but my item is waiting for shipping. The agent said I could not cancel because it was already scheduled…I called at 10am. I made the purchase at 8am. I was recently told one could cancel I 24 hours … were is the customer service? I need to get the rug canceled or shipped to the correct address. I am in Florida no NY

Update to previous--i got another notice today saying order will be delivered today but, as said before, NO tracking # and no tracking info when clicking on same. The previous order confirmation says I havent completed the order disputing the shipment notices. I hope the mdse is better than Overstock's software/website/order support.

Don’t trust the reviews on their product listings! I posted a 1 star review for a desk and cabinet and they blocked it. Their system only allows positive reviews…. Will never buy again from Overstock. Got a defective desk and filing cabinet. Was offered replacement parts that never arrived as they are out of stock. Offered 30% off for me to keep broken furniture or required me to spend money and time disassembling and repacking the broken desk and cabinet to get a refund. Horrible customer service. There are much better furniture sellers out there so stay away

The item was advertised as "assembled". It is not. I tried to cancel this order right away and I was told it was already shipped. IN ONE HOUR IT HAD BEEN SHIPPED BS.?????? I will not accept this "unassembled" tool shed. I will stop payment. THIS WAS FALSE ADVERTISING. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. SHAME ON YOU
