I tried to cancel an order a few hours after it was placed and was told it couldn’t be done. A week later I received an email saying my order was delayed and hadn’t shipped and invited me to cancel it. Which I did and received confirmation from the ai agent I was given. But the rug was shipped the next day. A terrible experience!

I placed my order, using the PayPal method that you guys offered, and I process all of my information on PayPal site, it goes back to your website to complete the order, then your site tells me something went wrong. Please try again. Well I did THREE times, and it charged me THREE TIMES. When it should not have.. so u ended up processing the payment w my cc on your site.. that’s horrible. Now i have to deal with trying to get my refund

I ordered a Gucci purse and it was the wrong size. I called 2-3 times to discuss my order. They said no refunds. I asked to speak to a manager and every time they said the manager just stepped into a meeting. They would call me. Never did. So in saying all of this, I will never order anything from overstock again. I should have refused my order at delivery, it arrived in a busted box. Poor customer service never again. Save your money & shop somewhere else!
