The order we placed and received were two different items. We received 4 samples of the product. We ordered 35 of the 11 x 11“ sheets of pebble tile. Why would we pay $159 for 4 samples?! Now we are being charged $31 to return the four samples that we never ordered. This feels like an absolute scam and misrepresentation of the product as listed. I would never recommend this company nor will I ever use it again!

Expected to receive order in 3 days. Seven days later I still haven’t received my order. If that was the case I would’ve ordered from a different company.

Your ad said two day delivery and fully assembled. Didn’t come through on either. Then your customer service said I couldn’t cancel the order. Overstock is a lousy company full of deception. Reply: typical Overstock - “sorry we didn’t meet your expectations” but no offer to resolve.

You sent me the wrong rug. I had to do all the work to figure out what rug it was in order to return it without damaging the packaging. Wait around for UPS for pickup. And now wait hoping the right rug comes. Not cool!

I called to change delivery address right after ordering and was assured it would be changed prior to shipping. I called a 2nd time and was informed it was changed. Then I get email item has been shipped and it’s to wrong address.

The item ordered does not look like the marketing materials & I asked about a return, but was told I would have to pay shipping if I want to return (this is heavy furniture, so unlikely to be much money left from my return if I pay to ship it back.). They call it "customer preference" but it's actually misleading marketing materials. If what I received looked like what I purchased, I would not have wished to return.
