I placed my order on 8/23. Delivery was to be on 8/27. It is now 8/28 and it has not even left the warehouse. I’ve been given no update, no communication. Unacceptable.

The rug smells horrible. I’ve taken it out in the garage and it still smells in the house…opened windows for a day!

I asked for an exchange ! And it doesn’t list the dimensions and this is how you do a customer I am still asking for a one time exception and the tags and everything is in tack.

The package was delivered to the wrong door, making it extremely difficult for my daughter to move it to her door. Also, I did receive the first time order discount. In addition, your customer service was completely unprofessional. I will not be ordering from your company again.

Item showed up damaged and was not useable. Called Overstock and they tell me that I have to contact the "Vendor" that makes the product. Ok. So I do that. The call felt like I was talking to someone in a land far away....latency in the call, couldn't understand a word that was being said by the Vendor...Vendor required photos of which I provided, then it went into a negotiation stages of "Oh how bout if we give you 30% off will you keep the product. I said NO. They are in China so the correspondence is once daily. Then they email me today asking if they give me 50% off if I would keep the damaged item. I said no. I want a full refund. So I'll see tomorrow what new email I receive from the company. Tbh...I want a full refund and will be done with Overstock.
