the package came damaged and taped up. The wreath is misshaped and missing a couple leaves that have snapped off. disappointed. It was not packaged for transit.

My order was never shipped. I called to cancel my order after waiting for shipping information for over two weeks. They said they can’t cancel it because it already left their warehouse, but there still isn’t any tracking information.

I placed my order a week ago and still have been unable to get any information. The status has said "delayed" for days and everytime I call they tell me to call back after 5 business days

I ordered 2 items and realized 5 minutes AFTER for the order online that I bought the wrong size patio chair covers. Tried immediately calling AND tried canceling the order right away but got an email saying they could NOT cancel said item! Could NOT REACH a LIVE PERSON when calling so had to place an order AGAIN for the correct size covers. Will have to now return the item they would NOT cancel. Such BS. Will NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNACCEPTABLE That you can’t cancel an order 5 MINUTES after placing it. Ridiculous!

When I tried to access my order to see the shipping schedule, it indicated I had no order. I called and it finally shipped long after the promised ship date. It arrived from UPS with the box damaged and opened. I realize this portion of the experience with your company is no fault of yours.
