The Gucci purse is really teeny tiny. I even measured my purse which is 7in by 4.5in to compare and it just doesn’t come close! You need better descriptions & more pictures. This is the second time I purchased a designer purse from you and both times i am disappointed with buyers remorse. I am reselling and losing money! No thank you!

Need more status update information. Three days after order placed and still no update on shipment. I'm assuming everything is still in the works but when I click on my order through the confirmation email it takes me to Overstock website that states no order has been placed. Went through the AI assistant and it says my order is processing. This can lead to uncertainty about orders. Is there a problem with my order? Is everything fine and just taking a few days to process? I don't know because I have very little information. The more days that roll by without an update and the more it looks like I will not be receiving my item on the expected date. How long should a customer expect to wait before it is reasonable to assume there is an issue and reach out to notify? More information on how long processing takes and what steps to take if delays persist would be helpful for customers confidence in their purchase. Hope this helps.

The wrong product was delivered to my door. Instead of an area rug, I was sent a runner. I had to return it hoping to get the correct replacement only to learn that what I ordered was now out of stock. At least the return process was easy.

I’d like to return however shipping costs from Overstock are really outrageous. They wouldn’t even give me a small credit to keep the items. Probably won’t order again
