I don't like the lack of control with fedex delivery. Can’t reschedule or choose place to hold package.

I did not get the item I ordered. It was much smaller and not even as described. I’m having a very hard time contacting customer service for a return. I feel like this company’s trust pilot training is very low so buyer beware

I ordered on 8-27-2026. So far I have not even received a confirmation on my order muchless received my order. How disappointing as I have been using them for years.

The delivery and the Customer Service you guys really need to work on the delivery person left my items outside downstairs then came upstairs to put the door tag on my door stating that my items were on level one stairs I don’t live in an apartment building I live in Apartments. I reached out to them. They called back. I reached out to you and haven’t heard nothing. The agents on the phone. Tell me you have nothing to do with delivery. They’re very dismissive, but I think with Customer Service it’s about Servicing the Customer, I’m paying you. I didn’t pay the delivery so any problems I have I should bring them to you and you take them up with delivery. I’ve been waiting on a call back. I’ve been waiting on the email. Have not heard anything not even an apology from anyone who’s taking any one of my calls,

Your Customer service is RUDE. I called to complain the rug I brought having a chemical odor but your customer service told me just wait 7days it will be gone the odor I told her Im not interested the rug and I want to return it because of the odor she just told me she cannot help me and charge me for returning. I told her I wont pay for the return because its not my fault the rugs having chemical odor but she insisted she cannot help me and pay the charge.

I ordered an pair of designer heels for my girlfriend. I had an order number and confirmation email. Being that it was a gift and pricey I was waiting for delivery info. A few days later I received an email titled "your item has been successfully cancelled". When I tried to reorder the heels in that size were no longer available. Now that delivery date was a concern I reluctantly ordered through the designers website at a higher price.
