Apparently, the item I ordered was out of stock. I was never notified and waited two weeks for the item to ship. When I called, they were unapologetic and said that my order was canceled, and there was nothing they could do to make it right. I wasted two weeks and now the item is out of stock elsewhere, so I’m also out $1000. I was never notified of the cancellation.

Never received any emails, stating my order was placed. When I went to look for my order, it said I never put in an order yet. My card was charged. I could not get any tracking information because they said I didn’t have an order when I finally called. There was an automated system could not talk to a person. It kept saying it would give me tracking information but then it would tell me something went wrong and not give me any tracking information. I have been waiting over a month and still have not received my order.

The coffee table I ordered was delivered damaged. The part that was damaged was visible from the outside package as that area was punctured through and I could see the broken parts.
