I ordered and paid for an $800 rug. It was delivered with a huge tear in it. I immediately called your customer service department, i got some gal who couldn’t answer any of my questions, she had a hard time retrieving my photo’s i send her of the tear and told me to wait 4-5 days for a resolution!
