My order was supposed to arrive today and when I click the order status on the confirmation email it says it can’t be found. Contacting credit card company for fraud.

My order had an estimated delivery date that wasn’t EVEN close! A day after this passed my order NOW shows delayed and customer service says my order won’t ship until a week after the estimated date. Customer service says this product doesn’t ship until 7 to 10 working days after the order is placed which is very much longer than I was lead to believe!!!!!

Ordered a plant pot, I got a chair. I was told to return to store before the correct item could be sent. If I wanted to go to the store, I wouldn’t have ordered online to begin with. Nothing but failure in shipping and customer service

When I clicked on the order, it said there was no order with that order number. The shipment is delayed, so I got an email that said that I can cancel the order. I go to look at the order on my account, and there's no button to cancel. When you get on the customer service line the entire thing is automated, and all of the options are for information only, nothing actionable. Very displeased.

I bought smaller rugs to check the color before I purchased larger 10 x 14 foot rugs. Now I want to return the small rug and you want to charge me a shipping fee to return these. I think I will buy these elsewhere as I think it is inappropriate to charge someone a fee when they are going to purchase something more expensive.
