I placed an order and recieved an email thanking me for my order. Now when I click to see the status of my order it says I have not placed any orders. My card was charged- so I need to know what is going on

I accidentally did a typo for my address . I was unable to edit it in the app so I called customer service . They also cannot edit it so therefore I had to cancel the order and reorder it . So had to get a refund because I had been billed . So ridiculous . The agent was very nice however. It just was a hassle .

The German 6oz flannel sheets stunk. Literally very bad smell that could not be washed out. I tried 3 times and even tried vinegar.

I contacted customer service regarding your price match policy for a recent purchase of a 7 piece patio set. After being told that my purchase qualified for a price match, I was then told my request could not be honored as overstock does not price match sale price items. Your policy is very misleading and not at all consumer centric!
