I ordered a purple floral pillow according to the picture and the name on the order, but I receive a red pillow instead. I have started a return but now I have to pay over $10 to return it, when clearly, it was their mistake.

I was sent an item that showed signs of not being authentic. I have to get the bag verify it the dust bag for sure was fake. No one at overstock will help correct the issue.

Billing address did not match delivery address. I was flagged. Called and got my order cancelled and customer service helped reorder. Customer service failed to mention that new order will still be flagged and sit in fraud prevention. Had to cancel the reorder. Delay could have been avoided.

1st time not " what went wrong this time". Both comforters are not what I expected. One has a tear in it and they are not the same color navy blue. These beds are sitting right beside each other and you can easily see the difference in color and not good material. Like sleeping bags. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!!
