Can’t find my order status. Clicked the link in the one email confirming my order and it goes to shopping. Tried 3 times. No place on your website that’s easily found to check order status. Looked all over. Very frustrating. First and probably last time ordering since you also charge shipping and are slow to ship. Not the great deals advertised

Ordered a desk because it provided an estimated delivery date that fit my needs. Once ordered, the desk was listed as delayed. Likely will not arrive on the date needed and I would have bought a desk from somewhere else if I knew there was going to be delays. The desk is still listed showing estimated delivery date that would fit my needs, which is obviously not true.

Order was supposed to be received on Friday called customer service today Saturday and she told me she could give me no update about the order. They would look into it & get back to me within 72 hours..I told her ithis seems like a scam. I should just turn this into my credit card company and she just sat there and I asked her if she had a response & she said yes I would think that would be correct!! Wth??

I was disappointed in the color of cushions for an outside patio set I purchased. I called Customer Service about this issue. When I asked to speak with a supervisor to help find a mutually agreeable resolution, I was told I would get a call back. That call never transpired. I then called the next day, asked for a supervisor and was told the outcome would not change. I never did speak with someone at the supervisor level. I am returning the entire set, at my expense, and will never purchase from Overstock again. Terrible customer service.

There was a problem with the delivery of my item, so it was sent back to overstock. I have not been refunded for the purchase. It has been several weeks since it arrived back at overstock. I inquired about it with overstock and received no response.
