You sell me a set of 2 chairs and only deliver one. Need I say anything more. You suck. I call you immediately to tell you this. You recognize it, and say you will get back to me within 2 days with information to resolve the situation. I don't hear from you at all. After 7 days, I call you and you say you still don't know what happened and you will get back to me after another 2 days. I don't believe you. As I said, You suck. I never should have ordered the chairs from Overstock. I don't recommend using them. Another 5 days go by and still nothing from Overstock. Both their customer service and their choice and management of vendors is horrible.

The person that packed the area rug we purchased should be fired. It was not rolled as it should have been. Nor was it folded carefully. It looked like a piece of paper that has been crunched when you throw it away. It was crushed causing not just wrinkles but large creases. It will have to be repaired professionally and it won't be inexpensive. Phone rep was not helpful.

Haven’t gotten a receipt yet and it has been 5 days . I called and it can take up to a week to ship!! UPDATE : it has been 10 business days and I’ve called multiple times . There answer is we have to wait for the warehouse to contact us and that can take 2 more business days !! ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Where is my $1800 product?? All I get for customer service is ( it can take up to 10 business days days?????) what company takes that long?? I’ll never use them again . And I’ll never recommend over stock !!!

We understand your frustration regarding the receipt and shipping. Your order has been reviewed and the ring purchased does have a processing timeframe of 6-10 business days. We will provide tracking as soon as that leaves our warehouse. You can log into your Overstock account to get an invoice for the item.

Ordered a bed frame that I needed urgently to replace a broken bed. Specifically ordered a bed that was to arrive on a Tuesday. When tracking indicated it would be a week late, I called Overstock and they told me to call the seller. I was given the phone number for the warehouse of that company and they said they could not help me. I called FedEx and I was told that O.Co paid for ground, not expedited shipping. Had to purchase another bed elsewhere. Beware of purchasing on O.Co from a third party as O.Co will not help resolve the problem.
