I originally posted a review because of incorrect delivery information and after the review was posted, I was contacted by Customer Service to address the issue. After speaking with Bella Ref # 35451378, she was most understanding and professional to help correct the issue and problem. The bed frame purchase is now being returned via UPS as of today and we are grateful (hopefully) that the refund promised when you receive will be honored. Thank you for your understanding and we appreciate that you worked with us to solve the situation.

When you order and receive that order in a timely manner and the description matches the order, things are good. I ordered a rug. I love the rug. One issue with the rug. It was folded not rolled. Now there are creases that are hard to flatten. All rugs should be rolled not folded.

I like the selection and speed with which I receive the items I order.

Unfortunately, poor quality on Modern Style Extendable TV Stand with 3Drawer. 47" Large Farmhouse Coffee Table with Storage, Rectangle Coffee Table with 2 Drawers & Open Shelf had a small corner damage.

Overstock experience overall was ok but the chair's cushion was damaged. Customer service was ok and directed me to the company's customer service. The company couldn't replace the cushion and credited me back some money to help cover the cost of a replacement piece of foam. All in all ended ok with me being out of pocket for the cushion and doing the work to cut and replace. I won't ever buy that kind of item again online!

Was pleased however there is a defect in the 3 x 6 rug.

Pieces not all well marked made it more challenging to assemble

For the money this is a pretty good piece. I have a small area and cannot have anything deep and it’s hard to find pieces that are less than 14” deep. We had some problems with instructions and where things go, but thankfully my husband is pretty good with this kind of stuff as I would never have been able to figure it out by my self. I don’t feel like it’s very sturdy so I’m not storing anything heavy in it. It is serving its purpose right now until I can afford better.
