Fast and good quality

I was sent somebody else's tag, sent numerous emails and left numerous messages regarding this and nobody returned my calls and I still never received the correct tag so I had to file a complaint with PayPal

Have tried to reach company on four different occasions. No response. Only received half my order!

I never received my order and I never received a response from this company after three requests to find out what happened to my order. I would give them zero stars if that were an option. I called and emailed - no response. But this is my second request to review them for some reason...

The tag and print was considerably smaller than showed on site, also the color was already beginning to rub off and print was barely legible. Also they didn't provide enough space to add that my dog was microchipped. Very dissatisfied, I am going to have to order a new tag from a different site.

You went me the wrong tag. I emailed you twice about it. Never heard a word. Seriously this is your customer service.
