Ordered pet tag on 9/29. My order was paid on 10/1. Nothing ever received. I have left countless messages, emails and phone call messages. Never received a call back or a message. I think this company is a fraud. They get your money to the bank promptly but never deliver the goods. There is no way to contact this company. They tell you to leave a message on the phone line and they will return your call but never do. I just got my bank statement and it was deducted on the 1st of October. I didn't want to give them even one star but had to in order to print my review. This is a company that should be shut down. I want my money back.

Wish I would have read the reviews BEFORE placing my order. Yes, I believe they are scammers. Order placed 9/29/18. No order, no response to phone calls (4), etc. They should be charged with online fraudulent business practices. I have contacted Amazon to make them aware of Overnight Pet Tags business practices as they are sellers on Amazon. Amazon has assured me they will investigate.

I as well never received my order and they will not respond to calls or emails. The BBB is useless. This company are crooks.

Tags are cute for sure. Free shipping is also nice. However, they put Kyle instead of Lyle on the tag. I tried an on-line chat but got no response and left a voice message and still no response. Poor customer service.

Horrible. I ordered my NFL dog tag 2/1/18 and haven't received it yet. They haven't responded to my phone calls or emails either. I really don't know how they stay in business! I tried to post a review on their website but they didn't accept it.

I received the tag and they left off the address. The engraving was super fine. I could hardly read it. Metal was thin. You get what you pay for. Waste of money.

Nothing over night about this company! I placed my order on January 15, received a tag for someone at the other side of the country on January 25- sent multiple emails and was told the correct tag would be sent January 31. Ordered from another company, received my tag in a few days (it's the right one and much better quality.) My advice is spend a few dollars more and get what you paid for- I'm still waiting almost a month after placing my order. BTW- I sent the tag to the address on it so hopefully someone else got the right tag- on my stamp. UPDATE-February 22, 2018- STILL NO TAG!!!!
