The CRM functionality is especially incredible and allows us to sort customers and leads by every parameter we could possibly need - this has allowed us to craft campaigns that are targeted to specific leads and customers based on last order date, last communication date, custom tags, regions, and more. It's been so helpful in nurturing relationships and managing ongoing outreach. And we've also had great success with the lead search feature as well. I recommend Overjoy to all of my clients and can't say enough good things about it!

Honestly I've been impressed with Overjoy since the beginning. I own a consumer product brand. I heard about them from another much larger vendor friend while at an Expo and I rolled the dice and tried it in Fall 2024. Now in July 2026 they've added so much functionality and they're always listening to their customer. A lot of things I've asked for as enhancements have been built into their system over the last 2 years. The price is affordable for any size brand, and the ROI has been huge for us. Absolutely recommend!
