Ordered for Christmas. Stated shipped on 12/8, still waiting for Christmas package. Order 13611. No present to give. Would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.

I asked for help ,locating my order #13954 and my E-Mails have been "ecnored" where is my order.

Heated vest way too small. I usually wear a L or XL at most. Ordered 3Xl and it was 6 inches from even closing the vest. Size chart totally inaccurate and had to pay for return shipping. Did get refund (- shipping cost) with 1 week of item being returned. OverHalf easy to deal with but the product itself was very disappointing.

I still haven't received my order I ordered it on the 2nd of December it has been well over two weeks I ordered these boots for my father for Christmas and still haven't got them very frustrated this is the only site that has not delivered me my Christmas gifts this year

cheaply made Chinese junk. shipped from China on slow boat. 15 days return policy, oh sorry- took 60 days to arrive. never again, thanks.

I ordered something from you and after over 30 days and 4 e-mails I never received it. You charged my credit card for it. You said it was delivered on 12/15/2018 but it never was. Now you won't even get back with me, so I called my credit card company and told them what happen. So they can deal with you now.

Have not received my order and already want rating, have received orders from different providers and received goods in reasonable time.

Wasnt exactly as pictured maybe.it will be when it puffs out from being compressed for shipping
