I purchased a toy for my dog that said durable, one bite and it was garbage. I message the company and Charlene R said it was not their problem. They wanted me to go back to the retailer.I will never purchase this brand again. Outward Hound is garbage.

Bought a toy from a retailer for my 7 month old gsd. He had the double stitching ripped apart within 5 minutes. In less then 24 hours ripped apart the entire toy. This toy is not durable at all. I’ve bought toys from a dollar store that have lasted longer

Terrible customer service. Jeff was condescending, took his own sweet time, and should in no way be in a customer facing role.

I bought an invincibles squeaker toy for my labrador that has a tag saying"Invincible squeakers keeps squeakin' if punctured" but within 20 mins it squeaked no more.
