I worked as an employee at this software house when it operated under the name SHOT Technologies, while the business was being run as Outsource to Asia by its two partners, Usman and Fahad. To my knowledge, the two partners have since gone their separate ways. Unfortunately, my experience working there was extremely negative. During my time there, I experienced serious issues regarding employee salaries and payments. In my experience, salaries were often delayed or not paid in full. I also personally experienced a situation where my own salary was withheld, and I was pressured to sign an agreement accepting 60,000 as the payment amount. I felt that I had little choice but to sign it because I was concerned that refusing would mean losing even that amount. I was also concerned by situations involving client websites. From what I personally witnessed, websites could be taken offline during disputes or when money was needed, and clients were then asked to pay charges before their websites were restored. This was extremely concerning and unprofessional from an employee's perspective. I can also provide witnesses who can corroborate what I experienced and witnessed during my time there. Based on my personal experience, I consider the conduct I witnessed to be fraudulent and highly unethical. In my view, these people cannot be trusted.
