Great experience. The staff makes you feel like family, always so kind and willing to help. Rooming accommodations were easy to figure out and set up perfectly for a bunch of college guys as in my case. The events were one of the most fun parts of the experience, Outside Life knows how to do it when it comes to having fun. The shuttles also were easy and great for getting to and from airport in a timely manner. Overall I could not have asked for a better group of staff and company to work with! Outside Life created a way for me and all my friends to have the time of our lives while skiing and having a great time with the events and enjoying the resort. Highly recommend!

This trip was the highlight of college every year! The price is very low for a ski trip and it makes everything stress-free. Starting with the shuttles at the airport, to the check in process, and enjoying the entire week, it is organized perfectly. You have just enough guidance but still feel completely independent the entire time. All of the apres events were so much fun to have everyone from your school together in one place!

Outsidelife does a phenomenal job with their trips! I have been on their ski trip the past 3 years and every single one has been a seamless experience. The employees truly want every single traveler to have a great experience and it really shows as they are very present throughout the trip. My friend had to contact customer service once and the were very responsive and helped him out immediately. Overall 100% reccomend Outsidelife!

I had a great time on the trip. It was a very simple sign up, great prices for what our accommodations were, and all around and awesome trip and experience with friends. Our shuttles arrived on time and were very comfortable, and check in was quick and easy with helpful reps. Thank you outside life! Can’t wait to come back

I love to ski and have been with my family a lot but going with a big group of friends makes it way more fun. Also can't say anything bad about some good Apres.

Horrible communications materials. Very difficult to get in contact with. All around the company seems to be flying by the seat if their pants and not very well organized. Would not suggest traveling with them

I am part of a snow club at a university and the club planned a week long trip through this organization. The total cost was quite expensive for a college student and the full balance is due two months before the actual trip. As a college student, I am always on the look out for employment opportunities and I was recently hired at a place with a strict schedule. This new job schedule forced me to have to miss the trip I have already paid for. Once I realized that this was the case (about a month out from the trip), I tried contacting Outside Life regarding a possible refund or transfer so the spot would not go to waste. I sent four emails in total informing them of my situation and receive nothing back. I then went to the president of the club and informed them about Outside Life not responding to me directly and the club president said that they have received almost no information regarding the trip from Outside life either...this was less than two weeks before the trip. As I was starting school soon and working at a new job, I felt I had explored all possibilities and that the money I spent would end up being a wash as the company did not respond regarding a refund or a transfer. I'm not sure if there is any way to even get a hold of them without booking a trip. Also the lack of an existing Trustpilot page, Google reviews, and few search results is quite concerning. I will never give my money to this company again and I recommend to avoid them.
