Zero stars
Update: They did apologize and provide a refund, but I still went to another scraping service. If they have responsive customer service/help. I would have at least given 3 stars. Zero stars. TERRIBLE worthless customer service "help" chat. They take many hours to repond and don't actually fix your issue. Over charged mend my 2-9 hour task took two days.

Finally, a transparently priced scraper
Scrapers can get expensive and many are vague or just plain lacking in price transparency. I feel like i struck gold finding Outscraper. Not only does it have more filtering options than the Apify version i was using, but it estimates cost of a scrape before executing. That feature alone makes it worth using. Support was fast and informative. They didnt bounce me to an outdated wiki, they instead answered my questions directly.

I'm impressed!
I'm still learning how to use Outscraper but I'm quite impressed with the results I'm seeing! Google maps doesn't have anything that does what I need so I was happy to find them. Allen has been very helpful! I feel comfortable going on the the next step.
