Hello Edouard, Thank you for your review. When you are using fake emails like "edouard+somthing@..." the platform might ask you to deposit a minimum amount of credits ($10). Especially if you created a few accounts from the same email/IP. This helps us to validate your account and prevent misuse of the free tier. You can talk to support if you think that the security requirement was created by mistake so they can help to solve that.

Great software and team (Allen my guy!)
The outscraper product is fantastic. Been really helpful with some of the market research I have been doing for a few different consulting projects. Allen helped me recently with a few issues I was having and he responded straight away and was very helpful with the work I was doing. Will continue to use this software on an ongoing basis!
