Customer support rep (Allen) went above and beyond to actually listen to everything i was confused about, answered all my million questions and was super patient when it was obviously my miss when i didn't see smth. He totally stayed positive throughout interaction and continued to go on into the issue and to keep closing every objection and doubt i had. Im your service loyal user now and advocate. In the world of ai now where it's impossible to get human support, having quick responses and actual attention to clients q's and needs is valued more than gold.
