OutscraperReviews of outscraper.com

Door hun tool krijg ik telkens mail binnen van een ander bedrijf. Verschrikkelijke tool.

Jonver was super helpful. It's 5am and he was able to answer all of my questions and issues with kindness! Likely a customer for life now. Not to mention the data is amazing

Great tool to efficiently finish tasks. Customer support is kinda improving as well

I accidentally used the service and at first did not understand where the small charge came from. I contacted support and asked them to remove my card and disable payments. The support team replied very quickly and removed my card from the system right away. The issue was resolved without any problems and without extra steps on my side. I would especially like to mention how fast and polite the support team was. They explained everything and helped me understand the situation. Thank you for your help.

Outscraper has been really useful for extracting Google reviews and business data quickly and in a fairly clean format. The interface is straightforward, and exporting to CSV/Excel saves a lot of time for analysis projects. I’d love a bit more control over scraping limits/error handling in the dashboard, but overall it delivers.

I can scrape Google Maps without manually entering data, which is much faster. Their spreadsheet also shows a lot of information that isn’t visible when you browse Google Maps manually. They fix issues that directly impact my work, which is a big deal for me. The software is also very easy to use and user-friendly, with plenty of filtering options so you only scrape what you need.

Outscraper is a great tool, but the customer service is really what sold me. These data sets are invaluable to businesses. They are complete, and from testing about 85% accurate on contact info, which is a data persons dream. During my last scrape I ran into some external network issues. I pinged the business chat late US time and to my surprise a representative was available and walked me through my issues. This was a real human, not AI and solved my issue in about 5 minutes. Great product, better support. Thank you!

Great experience from the start. I just started using Google Maps Scraper today. It was very easy to use. The results were exactly what I needed. I had some questions, and needed support. The support chat replied in a timely manner and answered my questions. Overall, great experience so far.
