Never been more disappointed in a delivery in my life. Very POOR color representation in advertisements. Ordered the olive field pants solely because if the unique shade in advertisements. Package arrived today and product is similar to what you can buy anywhere else for much less money.

Outerknown’s customer service is faulty and my experience with a completely normal return has been very bad. I cannot recommend purchasing from Outerknown. They are way out of step with today’s best return practices for online merchants. Good products; bad service. 

These products are absolute garbage. High dollar junk. Every shirt we've received from them is falling apart. They've sent us so many buttons for the Blanket shirts that now they are out. DO NOT BUY

Received 1/2 my order but the email they sent shows I received all of it. I am currently trying to get in touch with them to get my 2nd shirt or a refund. The shirt I did receive I like very much. It is a simple button down, nice cotton material, and I like the cut. I've placed two orders with Outerknown. The first one arrived with everything included. I liked the tops enough to order two more (on sale). If I don't get a response I will try filing a dispute with my credit card company.

Sent them an email over 2 weeks ago, but still no response. Seems sketchy that you can’t get a hold of them.

They want over a 100 dollars for shorts, they came ethical but use China and Mexico for manufacturing, so no animals are harmed but child labor is used... Keep your expensive cloths Kelly

I walked into their Outlet store, noticed everything was 60% off, and the vibe was chill. Noticed this one sweatshirt hanging up that I liked, but it wasn't available in my size. Asked the salesperson if they had a website, and she said yes, but everything on the website was more expensive. So, with that being said, I purchased a set thinking I was getting the best deal. Until I returned home to check their website. The same items I bought in store were 64% off on their website, plus on my emailed receipt, one of the items was a "final sale". They never made that clear to me in the store, and won't accept accountability, regardless of how much I tried to point out their mistakes! This company lacks transparency, and they do not stand on good business practices.

Another company that doesn't follow their own privacy policy. Customer preferences don't seem to matter to them. So when you ask them to stop sending you unsolicited marketing, they'll just ignore you and continue to send it long after you ordered. DO NOT give these people your contact information as they will view it as a commodity to exploit. I regret ordering anything from them and will never repeat the mistake.
