Asked to get a catalog mailed to me through their website, and never received anything but tons of promotional e-mails ! Tried to complain on the customer feedback contact form, but couldn't submit my comment because of ever failing re-captcha ... Don't know about their products yet, but these guys should learn what retail is and what customer experience means.
