Pay and Go... away. Greedy fingers.
I had bought a garment which after seven months of light use have developed a fault - poor workmanship. I contacted the seller on three occasions to claim on the item's lifetime guarantee. To no avail. Outdoorwales would not even acknowledged my emails, never mind would it respect the warranty, of course. So much for customer support. Disgraceful! First to take your money although. Another company which wouldn't care less : "Pay and Go away" should become their little motto. Greedy fingers, like many these days. Artur
