Outdoorsiness.comReviews of outdoorsiness.com

I am so happy to be able to write a review for Outdoorsiness! Everything about your company and your product was perfect. I needed 6 pool chairs for my son's wedding on June 12th. I started looking to order them about 3 months ahead of time, but soon realized that every company was back logged due to COVID, except Outdoorsiness. I loved the fact that I could actually call your company and talk to someone about my order. I spoke a real live person, who assured me that the company could have them manufactured and delivered by the first week in June. They did indeed come in time! They were extremely well packed and covered in blister pack wrapping for protection. The light blue mesh color with white trim looks fantastic next to the pool and completed the decor for my son's outdoor wedding. The chairs are very sturdy and extremely well made. Thank you so much for your careful attention to every detail! An extremely satisfied customer, Kathy

I can't thank you enough! My entire experience with your company was a pleasure. Firstly, your website made it easy to find the chairs I was looking for and place my order without trying to sell me random products or add ons that leave a customer confused and wondering if the product they ordered is in fact complete. Next, your customer service people replied to my emails promptly answering my questions and allaying my concerns. My order arrived exactly when it was promised and it was packaged beautifully protecting my purchase, which was exactly what I ordered! Finally, the quality and craftmanship of the chairs is outstanding. These chairs are worth every penny I paid and I wouldn't hesitate to order again. Thank you!
