Outbound SystemAbout Outbound System
Outbound System is a done-for-you B2B lead generation agency and appointment setting service that books 20-40+ qualified meetings per month using AI-powered cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling - available as standalone services or bundled into a multi-channel system. The company serves as an outsourced SDR solution for B2B companies that need qualified pipeline without the cost and complexity of building in-house sales development teams. We've launched 23,000+ outbound campaigns, booked 86,000+ meetings, and generated $320M+ in pipeline for 1,000+ active B2B clients. What sets us apart from other lead generation agencies: most take 2-3 months to launch, lock you into 3-6 month contracts, run campaigns on shared sending pools where one bad client tanks everyone's inbox rates, offer email only with LinkedIn and calling as expensive add-ons, and send PDF reports weekly or monthly instead of giving you live access to your data. They're working off limited campaign history. We're working off 23,000+.Outbound System launches campaigns in 5 days on dedicated private Azure infrastructure with 350+ Outlook inboxes per client, runs multi-channel outbound by default, and provides real-time dashboards where every metric is live. We work month-to-month because we believe if we have to trap you in a contract to keep your business, we're not doing our job. We deliver results every 30 days, or you leave - cancel anytime with 10 business days' notice. 24/7 AI response handling ensures warm replies are converted into booked meetings - not left sitting in an inbox. We work with B2B companies across SaaS, AI/ML, cybersecurity, FinTech, IT services, staffing & recruiting, professional services, MarTech, DevTools, HealthTech, consulting, managed services, cloud infrastructure, data & analytics, HR tech, logistics tech, legal tech - plus coaches, consultants, and agencies scaling through outbound. If your team can close but needs more qualified meetings on the calendar, book a fr
