We run a niche consulting agency, so aggressive or spammy outreach was a non-starter for us. Outbound System helped us literally build our own “outbound system”. We ran a Omni channel approach with cold calls, cold email, and LinkedIn, and all three channels have hit the mark. We booked about 10 meetings last month, but the main thing for us was the show rate, which stayed right between 80 and 90 percent. We ended up trying their data platform and were pleasantly surprised at the lead quality. For us, seeing how prospects responded differently on LinkedIn versus the phone gave us insights into our market that we never had before but really needed. Their team made the whole onboarding experience seamless and are just delightful to work with!

I figured we would get flooded with garbage leads that ghost us, but Outbound System actually pulled through. We got 10 demos booked last month, and 8 or 9 of them actually showed up to the meeting. For cold calls, that show rate is unheard of for us. But the real surprise was the OS data platform. The intel we got back on what prospects are actually saying and objecting to on calls was worth the money by itself. Setup was smooth, their team was super helpful, and the whole experience was way better than expected.

The account managers are nice people but saw 0 results with both their cold calling and email campaigns. Waste of money, you're better off setting up your own cold email campaigns and saving yourself thousands. On top of that the AI caller is horrible, I have no idea how they can sell such a bad product to customers. They aren't focused on the client as much as they should be, just focused on collecting a check.
