DO NOT SET UP AN ACCOUNT; NO WAY RO CANCEL; NO RESPONSES TO EMAIL AND CHAT IS NEVER LIVE; CONTINUE TO TAKE $$$!!!! Do not fall for this! I set it up and the same day realised they couldn’t offer services they said. Was double charged; sent an email and asked for cancellation and refund and no response! Today; over $400.00 taken out of a service I e never been used!!! Logged on and NO ONE TO SPEAK TO, CRIMINALS!! Had to get my bank and the Federal Trade Commission involved!

Totally a scam. I have been charged and not being able to cancel my subscription, no chat service, nobody answers, a totally nightmare.

Very disappointing experience. I tried to cancel my trial multiple times and contacted support through their chat, but received no response for 4 days. On top of that, I received notifications from my bank that they attempted to charge me more than $300. They would have taken the money if I had kept funds in that account. Communication is extremely poor and there seems to be no proper customer support available when you actually need help. This experience felt very unprofessional and stressful. I definitely would not recommend this service.

Scam, charging multiple amounts without notice. Poor contact only via chat. Could not get them to cancel my subscription over several weeks. Had to block my credit card. Jim is a joke.
