Refused to fill a prescription because the size the offer would have made it last more than a year. They do not offer a small enough size to last less than a year

I ordered from them as our vet clinic has them on their website and recommended them. They were cheaper so I ordered. Package is currently in Puerto Rico and they will not look into it for two business days. Holiday weekend so be end of NEXT week before they do anything. They can clearly see in the tracking that it’s been going between two places in Puerto Rico for two days, they will not cancel the order or replace. Meanwhile we sit without our flea meds that are past due.

Unreliable. Late deliveries constantly. Unhelpful customer service. I wish my vet didn’t use them.

When I last needed some more Milbemax wormer for my cat, I tried the OurVet.Shop service through my vet (Macqueens, Devizes). It is utterly useless, taking over 6 weeks to arrive, whereas ordering directly from the vet takes only 1 or 2 days. Don't bother with them, just phone your vet.
