We completely understand your frustration and thank you so much for reaching out to us with your feedback. As we understand it, You made a transfer into your OurPass wallet but you didn’t receive it yet. On our end, our finance team checked and the transaction was recorded on our end. However, we couldn’t locate the sender’s account information. For our engineers to locate that transaction to credit it into your wallet, we need the sender’s account details. That's how we would be able to locate your transaction and credit it into your wallet. If you could check back with your sender because we're sure they will have an account number associated with it, we will be able to immediately credit that transaction into your OurPass wallet or even reverse it back if you'd like.
