Still have not received my item. They’re basically refusing to give a refund and keep saying they have re-shipped my item but the tracking number doesn’t work. Overall, I will never order again.

Package was never delivered. When I reached out to report it, i was given the tracking information again. I reached out again and was told a replacement would be sent. Still don't have the package. Will need to put claim in with Paypal. Worst experience ever! Customer service has reached out and supposedly sent another package. The tracking number provided is not a USPS tracking number as indicated. When I ask for clarification on who it is shipping thru I just get the tracking number again. Thank goodness I paid thru PayPal so I can file complaint and possibly get my money back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.....DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY If I could give less than one star I absolutely would.
