I’ve tried calling and emailing customer service and have yet to receive a response

My experience so far is they did not sent the entire order, one item was used with blood... customer service is terrible!

Don't order from Oufer! Their designs might look cool and the deals seem great, but the quality is seriously bad and could even be unsafe. I bought some septum rings from them, and they turned green after a while. I've tried reaching out to them on every platform, but haven't heard back at all. Honestly, it's worth spending a bit more for safer, better-quality jewelry—lesson learned.

So I buy oufer jewrely alot, tbh its a hit or a miss and I know this already. I have never contacted them but this time I got a duplicate order. I ordered a internal threaded labret post and a push pin labret post. They sent me two internal threaded. I contacted them and they offered me %30 off of the labret post. Why? Not my fault I never received the other one they sent me the wrong one. I told them that but thats all I was offered. They said it would cost more to refund so should they go ahead and refund me the %30 ..in other words take what I can get? Nope.. last time ill buy their jewerely.. alot of jewelry is also listed as titanium and IS NOT. You charge more for titanium because its a quality jewerely to put in a fresh peircing and to use in sensitive ears.

Scam - False shipping claims, no one answers cs tel # or answers questions via email.

Claims jewellery to be Stainless Steel when it's actually cheap plate. Bought a piercing which quickly lost plate, degraded around the claps and could not be undone. Had to be professionally removed.

I purchased a 16G Macaron Lovely Pink Horseshoe Septum Ring in which the paint flaked off within 2 days of wearing, so I removed it due to it being unsafe. And my 16G Hinged Segment Flower Septum Piercing has turned bright green and pitted all over. Cheap material, not safe. Wouldn't recommend, please just pay more for somewhere reputable. If I could upload pictures, I would.

Shipping and packaging were both very quick, so I can't fault that. The jewellery itself is pretty poor quality, with one piece I received having wobbly gems and poor threading, I can't fully screw the top on. The other piece, I can't remove either end, so it's completely unusable. I've reached out to their support email and received no reply and I only receive auto responses thanking me for messaging via Instagram dm.
