I was a 1-man team shipping out of my apartment, dealing with all the limitations that came from that. OTW Shipping helped me scale to the point where my entire catalog was picked up by one of my industry giants, instantly multiplying my business. I would not have been able to do that if I kept spending 2+ hours a day on logistics. Super open and responsive communication, no hidden fees, and very clear processes outlined in an easy-to-read document. I absolutely recommend OTW Shipping to anyone looking for a reliable 3PL.

It has been absolutely amazing working with OTW Shipping to manage my businesses fulfillment!! My e-commerce business grew faster than I could handle and I needed to outsource my fulfillment process. They were able to get everything moved over and walked me through the entire process. They always go above and beyond, and made sure the transition was as smooth as possible. I really can’t recommend them enough! If you’re looking to hire a 3PL for your business, the team at OTW won’t let you down!!

We've been using OTW Shipping for almost a year now, and working with them has been a pleasure. From the beginning until today, Nick has consistently and patiently answered all our questions. The onboarding process was smooth, and setting things up with Shopify was straightforward. They have no hidden fees, and we've never encountered any issues with orders or the fulfillment process. I'm very glad to be working with them. It's reassuring to know that this aspect of the business is in capable hands. I can't recommend them enough!

As a small business, we wanted to find a 3PL home instead of a business transaction. We have been using OTW for about 4 months and I can say unequivocally that we do feel like we found that home. From the beginning, Nick answered our questions swiftly and patiently (we are new to 3PL) while we were in consideration phase. When we transitioned to onboarding, the materials were super helpful and we onboarded quite seamlessly. And here is the most important part, with most businesses once they sell you, the infatuation stage is over and you go into gen pop. Not with OTW, we are handled with the utmost, expeditious care. Orders are shipped crazy fast, too. Last week we had a feature on The Today Show and we blew up relatively and before I was even at my early morning gym on the West Coast, the volumes of orders were shipped and gone. Cannot say enough great things about these guys!

Running a business from Australia and needing efficient US and Canadian logistics sorted can be a bit of a nightmare (you never get to see stock, or talk to delivery-men, or see the warehouse, or a million other things), but the team at OTW made it so much smoother than we imagined. Never had an email reply from them take longer than 12 hours (even with the time zone difference). They made everything as easy as possible for us, showed on multiple occasions that they were trustworthy with our business and are able to do all that while maintaining fair prices. Would definitely recommend OTW to anyone looking for a high-quality and personable logistics company.

OTW's service is second to none! Just a few of the great things about working with them: - competitive, transparent pricing - all of our orders are shipped quickly - they offer flexible special projects whenever we want to test new ideas - if any issues arise their support is easy to get a hold of and can usually solve them same-day (your support tickets won't just disappear into oblivion while you stress out) - they take care of everything! D2C, FBA prep, commercial shipping, and product storage Hands down the best 3PL we've worked with, I can't recommend them enough.

It's an honor to write a review for the team over at OTW. These guys consistently go above and beyond for our company. They are kind and work hard. We recently did a massive sale with Good morning America and had several thousand orders processed and shipped within a couple of days. Highly recommend them.

I never take the time to write reviews, but when I needed a 3PL to replace the garbage service we were getting at ShipMonk, I looked at OTW. Fast forward a couple months, and I could NOT be happier. Better than ShipMonk in every way, and I was able to keep up a very similar workflow through their Online Management System. If you guys are reading this, great job, my company wouldn't be doing as well if I didn't have you on fulfillment. <3 - Joshua @ getqiwi.com
