I had a wonderful experience with Otter Spirit customer service. Two of my bracelets arrived damaged, and instead of making it difficult, they immediately offered to replace them and told me to keep the originals and even gift them to someone else. The response was kind, fast, and completely hassle-free. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their products and treats customers so generously. I’m very impressed and will definitely order again.

I saw the ads on facebook so decided to give it a try. I spend 103.92 for “jade bracelet” Australian Jade Chrysoprase Bracelet and peach jade bracelet. But within a month, the outer paint came off the bead (the layer easily came off more). So it is not high quality material. Would natural jade outer layer come off the beads? I received an email to verify more so this review will not be taken off. I want people to know the truth! Yes I actually purchased these items and this is not a fake review. I wish i can post a picture of the product to show the poor quality of “jade”. I am very unpleased with purchase and will not purchase from this company again.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback — we're truly sorry this wasn't the experience you deserved. This is not the quality we stand for, and we'd genuinely like to make it right. To help us investigate, we kindly ask that you send us a photo of the bracelet along with the barcode from the box — simply reply to the email we sent you. This will allow our team to trace the exact batch and identify what went wrong. We remain committed to resolving this for you and hope to hear from you soon. Warm regards,
Brad
The bracelets I ordered were lovely. I bought them as gifts, but ended up not sending the second so it ended up on my wrist. I was disappointed when it broke but when I contacted customer support the exceptional service was immediate in addressing the situation and getting a replacement to me. The 2yr warranty is solid. I'd purchase otter spirit products again 👍

The bracelet quality is exceptional! The customer service, especially Jen Williams, went above and beyond! Super sweet and kind! I needed to exchange the bracelets to the larger size and she stayed in touch with me about the progress of my order the entire time.
