I have been lucky enough to collaborate with this company since 2024 and I have many pieces of jewelry that I love and wear frequently. I really enjoy how beautiful and versatile their monthly, zodiac, and chakra bracelet bundles are. They are truly a great value. The stones are incredibly grounding and are of amazing quality. Hi everyone, this is my first Trustpilot review. I felt compelled to sign up and leave it after my experience. I recently ordered six gemstone bracelets from Otter Spirit and I’m absolutely blown away by the quality. Each bracelet was beautifully made, full of clarity, colour, and craftsmanship that you just don’t see every day. One of the bracelets unfortunately snapped not long after I received it - but the way customer support handled it was nothing short of exceptional. Jen, in particular, was incredible. She responded with genuine care, professionalism, and warmth, and immediately resolved the issue without any stress at all. It was the kind of customer service you don’t forget. Otter Spirit truly went that extra step to make the whole experience memorable. You can feel the heart behind this family-owned business, and knowing that every purchase contributes to the conservation and wellbeing of wild sea otters makes supporting them even more meaningful. I fully paid for six gemstone bracelets and still haven’t received the correct items or proper sizes once I returned them. The company keeps apologizing but never delivers what was promised. Communication is poor, and the process feels deceptive and drawn out. I just want the quality products I paid for, but this experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I would not do business with them. Purchase products on 10-16-2025 until presence. Issue still unresolved. You dont know who you talking to. A man, A woman, A "AI bot. Or AI generated

This isn't about the quality of the bracelet, but I notice that they partner themselves with youtubers who promote violence and child abuse. I realise there are hours and hours of partner content they probably can't review, but they should be a little bit more careful about who endorses their company.

This company has repeatedly sent me spam emails despite me never signing up for them in the first place and I can only assume that they got my email by using a bot to scan my website. I have asked them twice already to take me off their mailing lists and still the emails continue. It does not say much for the quality of their products that they have to steal email addresses and illegally sign people up to their lists to try and get business. They first contacted me wanting me to be an influencer for them. I declined, then they signed me up for their mailing lists for their cheap jewelry despite not ever getting my permission. After emailing them again, they said they would remove my email. Now I receive another spam email from them today! In total they have sent me 12 emails in 10 days. I have reported them to the federal trade commission.

UPDATE: Customer Service contacted me and “promptly” replaced ALL my bracelets and gave me an extra one/my birthday stone! Peridot. Absolutely awesome!!!! Thank you. Terrible! My hubby ordered 4 bracelets as a bday gift. 1-Citrina received bent like it was tied too tight, 2-Amethyst was the same, 3-Tourmaline after wearing less than 24 hrs 2 long string popped out, 4-turquoise is ok, but the day is still young. I contacted customer service twice and NO response. Poor quality and poor customer service. Don’t buy from them.
