For the price you cant beat the scan tool. Its also very convenient being able to use just my phone and an app to read codes and also having the ability to search the code directly from the app. For DIY car repairs its great.

The otofix d-1 scanner is a great product similar to the autel but much more affordable it has all the features I was looking for and I would recommend this scanner to any mechanic it is worth every penny

Was in the market for a new scanner since my Autel got stolen but was in a budget. Found the Otofix at a fraction of the price but was very similar on features. I would highly recommend this tool! I would say support is alittle lacking but the tool itself is awesome full diagnostic capability, great price and very good quality!

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We're glad OTOFIX filled the gap after your Autel was stolen, and it means a lot that you find the features, quality, and price all hitting the mark. We appreciate the honest note about support — we're actively working to improve that, and feedback like yours really helps us grow. Thanks again for the high recommendation!

Site was easy to navigate and very clear in terms of price of the item and shipping. Prices are very competitive compared to the bigger sites selling the same product. Recieved instant email response about my purchase (even though it went into my junk mail). Shortly afterwards received a communication from the store with a question about my particular shipping situation. Item shipped and was delivered very quickly via UPS expedited.
