OSSA.AIReviews of ossa.ai

This is a cool platform, really nice interface, easy to use, helps recommend great content, gives you suggestions to make it monetizable and great customer service.

I cannot express enough how big of a fan I am of ossa! By far the best experience I have had with AI created content!!! Cole and his team of developers have an immense understanding of what the creators need/ want and are constantly providing updates to accommodate!

Crashed & Burned... 1st Day I tried to use it & the videos all crashed. But... Their Customer Service and active response to my problems is a strong 7 out of 5 stars. Their acknowledgement of tech glitches & problems, willingness & aggressiveness in fixing them, and honest discussion with me & Accountability was a Case Study in PR & how to properly deal with your Customers. I think there's some kind of book about "Good PR: Turning your Complainers into your Cheerleaders..." Wherever it is, they read it, studied it, and mastered it. Cuz I'm now a believer again and willing to publicly say I'm excited to be part of the growth process of this Start-up as an early adopter. I know it won't always be perfect but I'm willing to stick with them after their response to my issues. Great Job, Ossa. Much Respect. Sincerely, Bob Carter The Neighborhood Studio
