OSM WorldwideReviews of osmworldwide.com

There's something really wrong here. Really, something stinks. All of these frustrated people, like me waiting and waiting for our packages supposedly shipped through OSM Worldwide. Today is September 8, 2025. My order has been delayed in transit since July 31. I'm never going to see am I?

OSM is truly useless!! I wonder how many companies lose business because they choose to trust them with delivery. You pay premium rates for substandard laughable service. These clowns have had my package for a week no updates on tracking, no movement, no progress. Enough is enough. I will boycott every company using them.

OSM handled two packages that were never received, despite I contacted them to get help with these packages their response was “ Please contact the USPS directly for further assistance on your package. The tracking number is shown below”… so they handled the packages, the merchandise is never received but I have to contact USPS. Customer services is something un-existing with this company. I will never use their service, but unfortunately the product I buy uses this company for delivery. I wonder if I will ever received any package sent through OSM.

I don't understand how I paid $33 for EXPRESS shipping but my package is still sitting in York, PA two days after my promised delivery date. This service is horrible. Companies need to stop partnering with OSM if they want to stay in business. This company will bring other businesses down with them. Reading these reviews is just like reading my own experience over and over again. Shameful.

It’s currently May 21st I ordered my business inventory February 11th. The tracking updated last night saying my package is in GA. My expected deliver date was May 11th now it’s May 27th!

I ordered some shoes from Hike Footwear. The shipping track says OSM is the company carrying out the last mile of the process. These shoes have been walking for so long waiting to be delivered, that, probably they are worn out by the time they get here.

I ordered my contact lenses from my usual company on April 24th, and everything seemed fine—until I saw they were being shipped through Cross Border Connect OSM. That’s where the problems began. The package arrived in the U.S. on May 1st, and Cross Border Connect has had my contacts since May 2nd. It’s now May 13th, and I still don’t have them. That’s nearly two weeks just sitting in limbo, with no updates or meaningful progress. This is, without a doubt, one of the worst shipping companies I’ve ever dealt with. Even the Better Business Bureau shows they have numerous complaints. Frankly, I’m shocked they’re still in business. Going forward, I will avoid ordering from any retailer that uses Cross Border Connect OSM for deliveries. It’s just not worth the hassle.

I'm always so disappointed when I see that someone has used this company to send a parcel to me. It means that a week has been added to the total travel time compared to any other shipper. They are so bad that once I learn a company has shipped something through them to me I don't do business with that company anymore.
