Harry's Shave Club must have recently switched to this company. In the past, I could count on Harry's shipments arriving timely. Now it seems my order is stuck in Plano TX. I have advised Harry's of this and they have refunded my charge. Any company looking to cut costs should reconsider the use of these morons as it will destroy their business.

HORRID!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRID!!! Package passed through my state’s regional distribution center from Maryland then to Illinois on its way to Las Vegas. Then it was sent to Denver then Wyoming and then back here again to my state’s regional distribution center. We’re now seeing a stated total delivery time of 18 DAYS!!! ONE STOP MAILING SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!!! THESE PEOPLE DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!

Sorry I can't show no stars. Tracking number is useless. On contacting OSM they just stated "appears to be lost in transit" and contact the retailer to track it which of course they can't do either. Never have a problem with U.S. shipments by UPS or USPS so on any future orders I'll advise not to use OSM. Fred

Slower than slow. Package doesn't move for days. Shipped from Houston TX 10/25 to Dallas TX. It's 10/31 why is my package in Glendale Heights IL??? Estimated delivery is 10/31 (today) to 11/7. SMDH!

they do not answer their phones or leave any messages for anything. Tracking does not say anything about movement Not delivered to USPS as of this review. How can one give minus ***** ? They do not communicate well and seem to have a lot of unhappy customers ie the low ratings. My less learned will be to contact the seller and see who they use before purchasing again.

Ordered a book from a seller in Portland, OR. To be shipped the SF Bay Area. It has been 4 days and they have not given the package to USPS. The tracking shows that is somewhere in Las Vegas, NV. Normally if only USPS was involved. It would have gotten the package in 3 days. Very pathetic middle man in the delivery pipeline. All it seems to be causing is delays.

Horrible experience. They said there was a problem with my addess, which there was not as the one I provided was correct. I tried to contact them several times when they were holding my package. Not only did they not respond to me, they turned around and sent the package back. I wish I had a choice over which shipper the company I was using used because I would NEVER use OSM again if I had a choice.
