Absolute garbage. They didn't leave a sticker or slip on their first "delivery attempt" with no buzzer or call at the supposed time that they did (everybody was home). Then they just left it at a nearby UPS store, and it got sent back. It's a shame myprotein uses this trash carrier. I still haven't received my protein I ordered a month and a half ago. At least canadianprotein uses canada post and gets deliveries to you in a timely manner..

Seems like every book I order, regardless of where it ships from, (NV, CA,TX), ends up in Glendale Heights, IL before arriving to its final destination (which for me is CA). This type of unnecessary delay is frustrating when the sender tells you 1-3 days and it shows up 2 weeks later.

worst shipping ever its been at 12 diffrent locations then went back to Las Vegas in the wrong direction ...what are they doing...by the time it gets here my warranty will expire

OSM (One Step Mailing) Domestic is not Awesome! I buy books from 3 sources that use OSM domestic. My last mile DC is Fayetteville, AR fed by regionals in Irving, TX, Memphis, TN and Little Rock, AR. I am not rating any of the above mentioned facilities, only OSM domestic: No matter where the entry point into the OSM system it seems to all, converge in their Glendale Heights, IL sort center. Contrary to their website the mis-sort of packages is about 8% based on a one year sample of 617 packages., which is poor IMHO. I'm defining a miss-sort as any package that doesn't end up at the regionals that feed my DC.

The rudest custoner service. Would not let me speak. Gave courtesy to let her speak. Sounded line reading from card that package is lost and contact seller, then hung up. Called back and asked if I cound speak, explained problem. Same reply and quick disconnect. It is Jan 27, 2020. Package was awaiting transfer Nov 29, 2019 to USPS. Sent request for update via custumer email 10days ago: NO RESPONSE. Was able to track package after email sent and saw it go from Dulles to PA to MD to PA back TO Dulles. Absolutely the WORSE COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH.

According to the USPS, my package came from San Francisco, and and its next stop was GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL 60139. Then the package vacationed in Las Vegas TWICE, and now it has left Vegas, with no estimated arrival date. The irony of it, is that my delivery address is just 35 miles from San Francisco!!!

Absolute trash. I ordered a book off Amazon on December 2nd, OSM picked it up Dec 9th. It's now January 12th, and still no book. At least the seller refunded my money. Maybe I'll get my book by next Christmas.
