Ordered from a company on April 7th. Package was picked up and had been sitting since April 9th. No updates or anything. Will never ever order from a company that uses this shipping service. Very concerned and full of doubt I will ever receive my package

Not impressed with this Company at all. After the first generic cookie cutter response to a tracking inquiry my subsequent emails have basically been ignored. Discourteous and disinterested. My shipment has apparently been “delayed” ..where when or why is a mystery . I am left assuming it will never show up and the Shipper is left holding the bag processing a refund for a service failure that was not of their making. I agree with other posters.If OSM is involved in the shipment of an item I am considering purchasing I will look elsewhere.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Amazon sellers using this method should let consumers know they will not receive their items for weeks. Expect no information during the time of order until it gets to USPS Will never order again if sellers use OSM Shameful

AWFUL"service"....actually NO service. Slower than walking a package to you. I will NEVER knowingly purchase ANYthing from ANY business that uses one stop mailing "service" as a shipping partner. Takes DAYS (sometimes weeks) longer to get a package delivered than any other shipping method I have ever seen. osm is so BAD they make the usps look like perfection in comparison. osm either needs to clean up their act or CLOSE.

My book order sits in OSM limbo land. If it had gone USPS direct, I'd have it. Not happy.

I ordered my products on April 7, received a shipping notice that it will arrive in 3-8 business days. It is now April 22, and my package still is not here. The company uses OSM to ship and my package has gone from PA to IL and now KY, where my package has been sitting at the OSM warehouse, twenty minutes from my house, for 7 days. It then has to get picked up by USPS. This company is not efficient or helpful and is a bad look for companies to us OSM. I called the company and said “hey, my products haven’t arrived and it’s been 15 days,” so they are shipping me a new order but if they use OSM again, it’s going to take until mid May, even June to get here.

I understand why companies use this service, it keeps the costs of shipping to a consumer down. The problem with this courier is the rivalry in speed with the Pony Express. They pick up a parcel from the company and then it sits. In my case, it was for more than a week before it moved. Granted I ordered in the midst of a pandemic, but the second you visit the homepage of the companies website they state that they pride themselves in shipping fast despite world events. At the end of the day, when you order from the website and the shipping is slow, tracking numbers are useless, and every review read about the courier is poor, people blame the company they ordered from. So a poor courier makes the companies that pay them look poor. Companies that pride themselves in customer satisfaction will switch to other couriers. This courier service needs a serious revamp in its organization, efficiency, and customer service, especially in a world where people have gotten used to the idea of a parcel on your doorstep in a week or less time. If you like a certain brand/company, You can still support that brand, however, be aware that if they use this service, don't expect your order anytime soon and let the company know in hopes they will seize using this abysmal courier service.

What a joke this company is. Shipped my package from the city I am in, to IL, now waiting to get it back here. What is the point of that!! And then you're going to ship it back here only to hand it over to USPS!! Your company is worthless....
